The matter is taken up for hearing by way of praecipe dated 01.03.2023 filed by the Appellant seeking urgent relief.
Heard the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant in I.A. No. 153/2023 which is an application for stay of the impugned order of the D.R.T.-II, Mumbai in S.A. No. 473/2018.
The Respondent has appeared and vehemently opposes the application for stay and seeks time to file a reply.
Reply, if any, shall be filed within three weeks and the order pertaining to handing over the possession of the property shall stand stayed till that date.
