Application by the Appellant for refund of an amount of Rs.5,10,000.00 along with interest accrued deposited as pre deposit in Appeal No. 53 of 2019.
Appeal No. 53 of 2019 was decided by this Tribunal on 5th July, 2022. The appeal was allowed and the matter was remanded to the Learned DRT.
As per the Registry report, an amount of Rs.5,10,000.00 (Rupees five lakh ten thousand) was deposited by the Appellant as pre deposit in this Tribunal. Since the appeal has already been decided, the amount deposited by the Appellant should be refunded to him along with accrued interest in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, the Misc. Application, being Misc. Application Diary No. 131 of 2023, is allowed.
