The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellants submits that an application for modification of the order dated 03.02.2023 has been filed. It is stated that the total outstanding amount which is calculated as ₹ 5,90,71,645/- is a mistake and that it went unnoticed, and therefore, the Appellants seek to correct that amount.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank has opposed the application stating that the amount is correct and that includes the interest calculated up to date. The Respondent Bank is at liberty to file a reply to this application for modification.
