THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that some time may be granted for making compliance of the order dated 17.02.2023.
Vide order dated 17.02.2023 Appellant was directed to make a pre deposit of 50% of Rs. 238.41 crore which has not been complied with. Accordingly, Appeal is not maintainable.
