Ld. Counsel for the appellant, Sh. V.K. Shukla has filed an Urgency Application (I. A. No. 725/2023) challenging the judgment and order dated 20.07.2023 passed by DRT, Jabalpur in S. A. No. 267 of 2020 imposing a condition to deposit Rs. 10,00,000/- despite the appellant being neither the borrower not guarantor.
In view of the submission made out by the appellant in the urgency application, let the matter be placed before the Hon’ble Court on 20.09.2023 for further orders.
