Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is neither borrower nor guarantor or mortgagor and he is only third party and the mortgaged property has been auctioned without knowledge of the appellant, against which the present appeal has been filed.
Let the notices be issued to the remaining respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
