Learned counsel for the respondent contends that certain accounts of the wife of the respondent have been attached by the Bank and she is suffering from acute disease, hence she needs finance, therefore, a direction has been sought for de-freezing her accounts.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that oral submission has been made, but he shall seek instruction in this regard. Let the instruction be sought for by the appellant by the next date.
