Certified copy of the impugned orders dated 12.01.2023 and 18.01.2023 have not been filed. Appellant has moved an Exemption Application (I.A. 154/2023 ) praying to exempt the Appellant for filing the impugned orders and undertakes to submit the certified copies of the impugned orders as and when required by the Hon’ble Tribunal and prayed for placing the case before the Hon’ble Court.

The instant Appeal has been filed U/S 18 of the SARFAESI Act,2002 for quashing the orders dated 12.01.2023 and 18.01.2023 passed by the DRT Lucknow in S.A. no. 108/2023. The Delay Condonation Application has also been filed bearing I.A. no. 153/2023 alongwith the Appeal.

List this case before Hon’ble Court on 13.04.2023 for further orders.
