Learned counsel for the appellant submits that one further opportunity may be given to take steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 2 through paper publication.
As last opportunity, let the appellant take fresh steps within a week for service of notice upon the respondent no. 2 by publication in the newspaper having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 further seeks time to file reply. Let the same be filed by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
