Shri Maneesh Mehrotra, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present and filed certified copy of the impugned order. With regard to Delay Ld. Counsel stated that he has received the copy of the order on 24.02.2023 (dispatched by DRT Dehradun, on 20.02.2023) and therefore, the present appeal is well within the period of limitation. Other defects reconciled.
The present appeal has been filed by Bank under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the interim order dated 06.02.2023 passed by DRT, Dehradun in S.A. No. 32/2023. Urgency Application (I.A. No. 215/2023) has been filed.
