Ltd, Respondent herein with a request for necessary order/direction for revival of the original file. It is seen that first two pages of the application is not signed by the deponent.
Application fee of Rs.250/- vide Transaction Ref. No. 0708230047434 dt. 07.08.2023 has been paid online along with the application.
Vakalatnama is filed by Ld. Advocate Mr. Rohan Raj obtaining no objection from erstwhile Ld. Advocate Mr. Gaurav Singh on behalf of Bangla Bijuli Power Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Respondent with fee of Rs.5/- vide Transaction Ref. No. 0808230001016 dt. 08.08.2023
Affidavit of service is filed through online as well as hard copy on 14/08/2023. Postal tracking reports annexed to the affidavit of service showing that services upon both the appellants are deemed to be confirmed.
It is stated in the Misc. Application that the respondent herein preferred an application being C.O. 1636 of 2023 before Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta. A copy of order dated 20/06/2023 passed in C.O. 1636 of 2023 by Hon’ble Justice Shampa Sarkar is annexed to the application and there is a direction that “The appeal shall be heard afresh and the learned tribunal shall pronounce judgment. The hearing of the appeal shall be concluded within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order”.
Vide order dated 22/03/2023 passed by Hon’ble Chairperson, Appeal No. 33 of 2018 was allowed.
The matter may be placed before Hon’ble Chairperson on 17.08.2023 for admission.
