According to the office report dated 11.12.2023, pleadings with regard to I.A. No. 344/2022 being Waiver Application and I.A. No. 318/2022 being Stay Application are complete.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he has already filed reply to the Waiver Application and shall argue on the next date and states that he shall also argue on limitation, but does not propose to file any reply to the delay condonation application.
