The present Misc. Appeal is filed u/s 18 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, against Final order dated 26.05.2023 passed by DRT, Allahabad in S.A. No. 213 of 2020. Urgency Application (I.A. No. 591/2023) filed on the grounds that the borrower is trying to take the physical possession of property in question in compliance of the order dated 26.05.2023.
