The office report dated 17.07.2023 shows that the I.A. No. 482/2023 being impleadment application has been filed by the appellant to implead the subsequent auction purchaser as party in the present appeal.
In view of the above, the application for impleadment is allowed. Let the necessary amendment be made in the array of party within a week. If such amendment is made, notices be issued to the newly added respondents within a week thereafter by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
No reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent-Bank. Let the same be filed by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
