The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that there is a fair possibility of settlement and that an offer has been made to the Bank. There is a dispute regarding the final amount the counsel for the Appellant seeks further time to iron out the differences. It is submitted that the Appellants are offering a demand draft for ₹21 lacs to the Bank today, and in such circumstances, the Bank may negotiate with the Appellants for stalling the Sarfaesi measures for the meanwhile till a possible settlement is arrived at. Hence, the appeal is adjourned to 03.02.2023.
