Advocate for Petitioner/Appellant sought time on the ground that bundle is misplaced. This matter is coming since 08.01.2021 for filing Proof of Service. Petitioner/Appellant took two adjournments from Registrar and as they have not complied with, matter is posted here. On 18.07.2022 only on the request of Advocate for Petitioner/Appellant, case is posted to this date as last chance for filing proof of service. This matter is pending for more than 1 ½ year for filing proof of service. Considerable time has been provided to Petitioner/Appellant for filing Proof of Service. Petitioner/Appellant evinced no interest in prosecuting Application. Hence, ground on which time is sought, is not convincing. Therefore, IA 208/2020 (Delay) is dismissed for default. Consequently, other Applications viz., IA 209/2020 (Waiver) and IA 210/2020 (Stay) are dismissed and Appeal A.IR:48/2020 is rejected.
