Received an application under section 18 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 presented by Ld. Advocate, Mr. Subhasis Pal/Rudra Dev Bagchi.
Scrutiny of the application reveals the followings:
The application has been filed on behalf of M/s. Vasantha Surgical Equipments against the order dt.05.03.2021 in SA/1115/2017 passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRTII, Hyderabad. Application fees of Rs.73,005/- vide Transaction Ref.Id:0304210006268 dt. 03.04.2021 has been paid through on line e-filing and print out of receipt for payment of fees is kept along with the application.
