Received an application under section 17 A (2) of the Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Bankruptcy Act,1993 presented by Ld. Advocate, Ms. Aparajita Ghosh.
Scrutiny of the application observed the followings:
The application has been filed on behalf of Canara Bank with a request to transfer the Original Application being O.A. No. 68 of 2020 from DRT-II, Hyderabad to DRT,Visakhapatnam.
Application fee of Rs.255/- vide T.R. No.116514 dt.26-12-2022 has been paid along with the application.
The Vakalatnama has been filed by the Ld. Advocate.
Affidavit of service is filed. Postal tracking reports shows that out of eight Respondents service is confirmed upon Respondents No. 5 to 8.
The matter may be placed before Hon’ble Chairperson on 02/01/2023 for admission.
