Received an application under section 17A subsection (2) of Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 presented by Ld. Advocate, Mr. Om Narayan Rai.

The application has been filed on behalf of Allahabad Bank seeking direction for transfer of pending OA no.592 of 2015 from Debts Recovery Tribunal -1, Kolkata to Debts Recovery Tribunal -III, Kolkata for hearing with other analogous matter i.e. OA no.705 of 2016 & OA no.712 of 2016. Application fees of Rs.255/- vide T.R. no.110466 dt. 19.05.2017 has been paid along with the application.
