The present appeal has been filed under section 20 of the RDB Act against the final order dated 09.05.2022 passed by the DRT, Lucknow in M.A. No. 09/2019 arising out of O.A. No. 892/2015.
The perusal of the order of the Registrar dated 22.09.2022 shows that the I.A. No. 324/2022 being exemption application, I.A. No. 325/2022 being delay condonation application and I.A. No. 326/2022 being waiver application are pending consideration and no pre-deposit has been made by the appellant. It has been stated in the waiver application that the appellant is neither borrower nor a party to loan advanced by the Bank.
Let the notices be issued to the respondents on the delay and waiver applications by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he needs some more time to file better affidavit.
