Perusal of the earlier order dated 01.10.2021 shows that the notices were sent to the respondents, but the office report dated 22.03.2022 reveals that the notices have returned back with the remark “Left”. Therefore, the appellant is directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondents within two weeks through paper publication having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
