Received an application under section 20 of the Recovery of Debts due to bank and financial institutions Act,1993 presented by Ld. Advocate, Mr. Mukul Banerjee.
Scrutiny of the application observed the followings:
The application has been filed on behalf of State Bank of India against the order passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-1, Hyderabad, order dated 13-04-2012 in IA/341/2022 arising out of OA/394/2020. Application fees of Rs.255/- vide T.R. no.115651 dt.12-05-2022 has been paid along with the application.
