Vide earlier order dated 22.07.2022 of this Tribunal, the notices were issued to the respondents. The office report dated 12.10.2022 shows that as per affidavit of service and tracking report, the notices sent to the respondents have returned back with endorsement “insufficient address”. Therefore, the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take fresh steps with a week for service of notice upon the respondents through paper publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
List this case on 04.01.2023 for service. Till then the interim order if any shall remain operative.
