Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal has been filed beyond the period of limitation of 15 days, but it is covered by a judgment dated 10.01.2022 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Suo-Moto Writ Petition (C) No. 3 of 2020.
Learned counsel for the appearing respondent prays for some time to file reply to the application for condonation of delay, which may be filed by the next date.
Since no notice has yet been issued to the other respondents, therefore, the appellant is directed to take steps for service upon the respondents except respondent No. 1 through Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken within 15 days.
