Shri P.K. Gupta, learned counsel for the appellant is present, who removes the defects by mentioning the Pin Code No. of the address of respondents No. 6 and 9, correcting the page no. of the memo and provides the Dates and Events. With regard to defects No. 5, learned counsel submits that the affidavit filed with the memo covers the contents of the application for condonation of delay, therefore, no separate affidavit is required for the same.
In view of the above, the defects pointed out by the registry stand removed.
List this case before Hon’ble Chairperson on 22.12.2022 for admission.
