This Application is filed for condonation of delay of 63 days in representing the Appeal.
Advocate for Petitioners/Appellants submitted that office returned the Appeal for production of death certificate and LRs certificate, and in the process of obtaining them, there was delay, now, all the objections are complied with, therefore, delay in representing the Appeal may be condoned.
Considering the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of Petition, delay of 63 days in representing the Appeal is condoned, and IA 266/2022 is allowed.
