It has been mentioned that the property has been sold. Property sold for Rs. 14 lakhs and Sale Certificate is at page 72 of the appeal. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue before the Hon’ble Court.
The instant Application has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against final order dated 04.07.2022 of DRT, Jabalpur in S.A. No. 124/2021. Waiver Application (I.A. No. 275/2022) along with the appeal has been filed.
