This chamber appeal is preferred against the order of the Ld. Registrar dated 25.3.2022 in AIR (SA) 211/2021 wherein Ld. Registrar declined registering the appeal for not removing office objections.
When this appeal had come for hearing on 2.5.2022, advocate for appellants represented that they are ready to remove office objections and to enable the appellants to remove office objections, matter is posted to this date.
Today it is represented that office objections are removed.
I have perused the material papers and as per office endorsement, appellants have complied office objections on 2.5.2022.
