The present appeal has been filed by the appellant bank against impugned order dated 11.04.2022 passed by Ld. DRT-Jaipur in S.A. No. 91/2018 with prayer for setting aside/quash the aforesaid order and allow the applicant bank to proceed with enforcement measures as per law.
Issue notice of this appeal to the respondents by all permissible modes for 19.01.2023. In case of any urgency, the appellant is at liberty to move this Tribunal for an early date.
