This application was filed by Ld. Counsel, Mr. Gaurav Singh on behalf of Shri Srimanta Das on 12/09/2019 under section 18 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 against the order dated 09/08/2019 in SA/244/2018 passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-II, Kolkata.

Vide order dated 10.05.2022 Ld. Counsel for appellant was directed for removal defects as mentioned in the order. Accordingly all the defects are been removed by the Ld. Counsel on 01.08.2022 and they were directed to file affidavit of Service by next date. But as on 12.09.2022 on the date of 3^rd listing, Ld. Counsel Mr. Gaurav Singh prays for time for filing amendment petition for change of Bank’s name and then file affidavit of service.The amendment petition was filed by the Counsel for appellant on 29.09.2022and was directed to complete the amendment by the course of the day. However amendment in bank’s name was carried out on 22.11.2022. On completion of amendment, Ld. Counsel was again directed to file affidavit of service by 01.12.2022.

Meantime Ld. Advocate Mr. Debashis Karmakar has filed a vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.3 and appears on behalf of them.
