THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Vide order dated 29th April, 2022 Respondents were directed to file opposition within two weeks with advance copy to the Appellant. Learned Counsel for Respondents submits that the counter affidavit has been filed on 19th May, 2022; copy whereof has been served on the Appellant yesterday i.e. 3rd July, 2022, which is not compliance of the order. However, opposition is taken on record.
Learned Counsel for Respondents No. 5 to 7 files Affidavit-inOpposition; taken on record copy whereof has been served upon the Learned Counsel for Appellant as well as Respondents No. 1 to 4.
Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks from date. List on 30th August, 2022 for hearing.
