THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Vide order dated 29th April, 2022 Respondents were directed to file opposition within two weeks with advance copy to the Appellant. Learned Counsel for Respondents submits that the counter affidavit has been filed on 19th May, 2022; copy whereof has been served on the Appellant yesterday i.e. 3rd July, 2022, which is not compliance of the order. However, opposition is taken on record subject to payment of RS.5,000.00 (Rupees five thousand) as costs to be paid to State Legal Service Authority.
Appellant may file rejoinder, if any, within a period of two weeks from date.
List on 30th August, 2022 for hearing.
Interim order to continue till the next date of listing.
