The appellant has not made the statutory pre-deposit. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he will have to seek instruction from his client in this regard.
Heard. The appeal cannot be entertained without the compliance of the condition of pre-deposit. In these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as not entertainable for want of pre-deposit. The appellant is, however, given liberty to revive the appeal by filing appropriate application after making the requisite pre-deposit.
