THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Opposition to the Appeal has been filed. In the order dated 23rd August, 2022 an order was passed to file the opposition to the main Appeal within three weeks and the matter is listed today only. It appears that three week’s period is not over as on date. This order was wrongly passed which has to be clarified. Three week’s time will be over on 15th September, 2022.
Respondent may file the opposition of main Appeal by 15.09.2022, with a copy to the Respondent who may file the rejoinder thereafter by the date of listing.
List on 20th September, 2022 for hearing of Appeal. The stay application will also be heard on the date fixed.
