Ms. Akshata Patil, i/b Mr. Raju Uttam Shinde, Advocate appearing on behalf of the Appellant submitted that there are no instructions from Appellant, therefore, she is not able to make submissions. There is no representation for Respondent Bank.
Ms. Shobha Chavan, i/b M/s. V. Deshpande & Co., Advocate submits that she is representing proposed Respondents i.e. Assets Reconstruction Co. (India) Ltd. and Invent Assets Securitization & Reconstruction Pvt. Ltd. and seeks time for curing the defects in the Vakakaltnamas filed by her.
It is seen that Appellant has filed M.A. (Lodging) No. 970/2018 i.e. application for amendment for impleading proposed Respondent Nos.2 to 13. However, the Registrar, vide order dated 28.12.2021, has declined to register the said application.
