I.A. No. 3/2022 is an application for condonation of delay in filing the present Appeal. The impugned order is dated 11.11.2020 and the Appeal was filed on 17.12.2020 thereby causing a delay of four days in filing the Appeal. Heard.
For the reasons stated in the application and the accompanying Affidavit, the I.A. is allowed and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to take the Appeal on file if there are no other defects.
