The matter is taken up for hearing by Praecipe filed on 11.08.2022 by the Appellant seeking urgent relief.
The notice has been served on the Respondents. While disposing of the S.A., the Ld. P.O. had granted 30 day time to the Appellant to approach this Tribunal for appropriate reliefs and the Bank was directed not to take possession of the property within that time. None appears for the Bank.
The stay application is filed as I.A. No. 386/2022. Opportunity is granted to the Bank to file a reply to the application within four weeks from today and the rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within a week thereafter.
There shall be an interim stay of operation of impugned order for the period of two months.
