THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. No. 215 of 2022 is filed by the appellant u/s 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of one day in filing the appeal. Having gone through the records and considering the facts and circumstances of the case I.A. is allowed. Delay of one day is condoned.
Appellant has also filed I.A. 96 of 2022 seeking waiver from predeposit. Learned counsel for the respondent opposes the prayer and prays for and granted two weeks time to file opposition with advance copy to the appellant, who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
