Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall serve the same upon the counsel for the respondent no. 2 within 48 hours, who may file reply by the next date. Respondent no. 1 has already filed reply as contended by the learned counsel for the appellant. Learned counsel for the appellant may file rejoinder to the same by the next date.
