Ld. Counsel for the appellant bank states that the respondent has not deposited the sum of Rs. 50 Crores as ordered by the Ld. Predecessor of this Tribunal.
Ld. Counsel for the appellant further states that there are chances of settlement in the present matter.
List the matter for filing reply within four weeks and rejoinder, if any, within two weeks thereafter.
It is, however made clear that only in case if the deposit of Rs. 50 crores as ordered by my Ld. predecessor is made, the appeal will be heard and matter will be proceeded further.
