These matters have been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Learned counsels for the parties submit that the matters stand settled. The learned counsel for the appellants, however, states that though appellants have paid off the entire dues of the bank as per the settlement, the bank has neither issued no-dues certificate nor has returned an excess amount of Rs.2 lacs paid to the bank.
Learned counsel for the respondent bank submits that the bank has returned the title deeds of the property involved in the dispute, which itself amounts to issuing no-dues certificate. So far as the return of excess amount paid to the bank is concerned, the counsel for the respondent bank states, the appellants can approach the bank and settle the matter there.
In view of above, the appeals are disposed of as having settled.
