The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 seeks time to file a reply.
Respondents Nos.3 and 4 have not appeared so far.
The Appellant wants to stay the impugned order which directs the Appellant Bank to repay the amount to the auction purchaser but in view of the fact that the auction purchaser has so far not appeared, I do not find any emergency in staying the impugned order of the D.R.T.-II, Ahmedabad.
Reply, if any, shall be filed within two weeks with an advance copy to the other side.
