Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the matter has been settled by and between the parties and the Bank has received all the dues and issued ‘No Due Certificate’ on 02/07/2021 in favour of M/s D.M. Traders Private Limited.
In view of the above application, Appellant is permitted to withdraw the Appeal. Accordingly Appeal No. 62 of 2019, is dismissed as withdrawn.
