It is submitted that the private liquidator appointed for the first Respondent had expired and Hon’ble Bombay High Court now vide order dated 23.11.2020 substituted the liquidator.
The Appellant is therefore, directed to take out appropriate steps to set cause title right by way of amendment.
Steps shall be taken expeditiously.
