Affidavit for service of summons is filed on 20.12.2021 and postal tracking reports are showing that service is confirmed in respect of respondent no.2 while it is not confirmed in case of respondent no.1.
However, Ld. Counsel, Mr. Ankit Chatterjee appears for respondent no.1 and files vokalatnama on 23.07.2021.
Ld. Counsel, Mr. N. Srinivas appears for proforma respondent i.e. respondent no.2 and files vokalatnama on 27.07.2021.
