The office report dated 29.07.2022 shows that proof of publication made in Hindi Edition with regard to service of notice upon the respondents no. 1 & 2 has been filed by the counsel for the appellant. Perusal of the earlier order dated 25.08.2021 reveals that publication was to be made in the newspapers, that means at least in two newspapers; one in “Hindi” and another in “English” language. Learned counsel for the appellant may file affidavit of service by the next date to show that the said publication was also made in English newspaper also.
