The Ld. Counsel for appellant bank submits that respondent no.3 i.e. Bank of Maharashtra may be directed to give prior notice to the Nainital Bank before taking possession of the property of respondent no.1.
Heard. In case the Bank of Maharashtra takes possession and goes for sale of the properties of respondent no.1, prior notice of the same will be given to Nainital Bank.
