Present: Ms. Seema Sindhu, counsel for Appellant.
This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Counsel for the appellant submits that the deficit count fee has been deposited and regarding the second objection of pre-deposit, the counsel was directed to file an application for waivement of pre-deposit. On this, she submits that since the matter is already been settled between the bank and the parties and the compromise amount has been deposited (as per Annexure-F on page no. 174). There is no need for filing an application for waivement of pre-deposit.
