The pleadings are completed and the Appeal is ripe for hearing. It is submitted that the Respondent herein has also filed a cross-appeal challenging the same impugned order of the D.R.T. –II, Ahmedabad which has not been taken on file because of some defects that need to be cured.

Appeal at Lodging No. 400/2021 shall be put up for hearing together with this Appeal.

The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that Bank’s Statement which has been asked for by Respondent No. 1 in I.A. No. 589/2022 shall be furnished within a week; hence, the said application is closed.
