Ld. Counsel for the Respondent states that he had applied for certified copies vide diary no. 198/199, dated 11.04.2022 in respect of O.A. bearing no. 295/2014, RC No.303/2017, DRT-II, Delhi which have yet to be receive by him. Ld. Counsel requests for supply of the same at the earliest.
Ld. Counsels for both the parties state that they intend to file additional arguments/judgments in the present matter.
Heard. Request allowed. Both the Ld. Counsels are at liberty to file the same within 15 days from today with advance copy of the same to the Ld. Counsel of opposite party.
